  The problem is the assumption that the stateconfigurations
  of the OLD lifecycle and the NEW lifecycle have the same
  number of? stateconfigurations AND that the ith one of each
  is for the same state. This is invalid assumption. It is
  true 99% of the time because assets don't often change
  lifecycles.
  

Problem conclusion

• This is now fix in RAM v7.5.1.2.
