PM79000: BATCH NOT COMMITTED AFTER BATCHLIM BYTES

Error description

• A channel sending messages in syncpoint does not correctly close
  the batch when BATCHLIM bytes have been transmitted.

  When messages are sent across a channel, and the number of bytes
  transmitted in the current batch exceeds the channel's BATCHLIM
  setting the batch should be closed, causing a confirm request to
  be sent to the remote channel, and any uncommitted messages to
  be committed. However, if the channel is using a large (>32K)
  transmission buffer (for example, when sending large messages)
  this does not occur correctly, and the batch is not closed until
  BATCHSZ messages have been sent or the transmission queue has
  been empty for more than BATCHINT seconds.
  

Problem conclusion

• rriSendData is changed to correctly update the count of bytes in
  the current batch when using a large transmission buffer, so
  that the batch is correctly closed if the transmission of a
  message causes the number of bytes sent to exceed BATCHLIM.
