PM78657: INCORRECT OUTPUT BEING CREATED IN COGNOS 10.2 REPORTS AGAINST TM1 DATASOURCE

Error description

• Customer has a Cognos 10.2 and TM1 10.1.1 environment.  TM1 is
  secured using element level security, so each report should
  bring back data unique to the user running it.????Every so
  often, incorrect outputs are being created.
