  Abstract: Option to Add an OMD is enabled under ARPackages
  
  
  Problem: Currently in Rhapsody Object Model Diagrams can be
  added inside ARPackages under AR3x_BMT and AR4x_BMT project
  types of AUTOSAR profiles However, an OMD is not supposed to go
  under an ARPackage. And hence has been identified as a wrong
  behavior of the AUTOSAR project.
