PM78543: WMQ V7 - OUT OF SYNC STATE BETWEEN THE CLQMGR AND THE SUBSCRIPTION WITH REGARDS TO THE REFRESH B 13/01/09 PTF PECHANGE

Error description

• WMQ 7 - FFST is generated every 63 minutes CSQX053E.  This
  is due to an out of sync state between the CLQMGR object
  and the subscription with regards to the REFRESH bit.
  The FFST is issued every 63 minutes until the
  cluster is refreshed or the object expires.
  

Local fix

• On a partial repository, REFRESH CLUSTER(clustername) REPOS(NO).

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Function rrmMaintainClqMgr (cluster manintenance) issues message
  CSQX053E and FFST SNAP dump every time that is executed and
  finds missing subscriptions to queue manager objects in the
  cluster repository. Cluster maintenance is executed every hour.
  

Problem conclusion

• Function rrmMaintainClqMgr has been changed to issue message
  CSQX053E and FFST SNAP dump once per queue manager object that
  has missing subscriptions.
