PM78236: USERS CAN'T LOGIN IN THE PORTAL DUE TO INSTABILITY AND INTERMITTENT ERROR MESSAGE. THE CREDENTIALS ARE NOT VALID ERROR.

Error description

  • User can't login on the Cognos portal intermittently. They
    receive an error saying: credentials are not valid.
    This issue is intermittent and when it occurs, users that are
    already logged onto the system are unaffected until they log off
    and try to re-authenticate. When the issue does occur, a server
    restart is required to temporarily resolve the issue until it
    reoccurs.        This issue does not occur for a specific
    user/users.
     Crossing the Date/time the issue has happened and Date/time of
    cogserver.log we have the message below:
