Error description

  • When a crosstab contains crosstab space in a row and conditional
style has been applied to member fact cells for a column, the
following error occurs when there is no data. RSV-VAL-0002
Invalid expression [Query_Crosstab].[Gross profit/Quantity] <
10. CRX-API-0003 A data type error ocurred at or near the
position '41' in expression:
'[Query_Crosstab].[Gross profit/Quantity] < 10 '. The
operand types ('string (varchar),integer') for operator
'<' are not compatible. This issue occurs on C10.1.1
and C10.2, but didn't occur on C8.4.1.

Local fix

  • set the conditional styles on each crosstab intersection cell in
stead of  'Crosstab Member Fact Cells' of a column.
