PM77880: Migrating a project from 7.5.x to 8.0.x results in custom templates being removed from the JSP pages

Error description

• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to migrate a project from Rational Application
  Developer v7.5.x to v8.0.x results in custom templates being
  removed from the JSP pages.
  
  Problem: To recreate this issue:
  
  1) Migrate your v7.5.x project to v8.0.x.
  2) Open a JSP page that has a custom template.
  
  RESULT:  The custom template has been removed.
  
  If you try to replace the template following these steps, the
  replace also fails:
  
  1) Right click on your JSP page.  Select 'Page Template' ?
  'Replace Template'.
  2) Select a custom template.
  3) Select Next.
  4) Select Finish.
  5) Open the JSP page.
  
  RESULT:  You will see the template is applied.
  
  6) With the JSP page still open, select Project ? Clean from the
  menu options.
  
  RESULT:  Once the build is complete you will see the template
  has been removed from the JSP page.
  
  Local fix:
  
  There is no known workaround at this time.
