Error description

• A Page has been created in Cognos Connection with two Portlets,
  a Cognos Navigator in the first with two reports and a Cognos
  Viewer in the second. ?A Channel is defined between the two
  Portlets. ?In the Viewer Portlet, if any of the drop-down menus
  are selected and the cursor is moved out of the Portlet, the
  drop-down menu remains open with its menu items enabled and
  active.??If the report scroll bars are then used to move down or
  up the report content, or if the browser window is re-sized, the
  open menus remain at their original location and do not move
  with the content or re-sizing action and thus float across the
  report content and can become located beneath the incorrect
  parent item.
