Rational Asset Manager Fix Pack 2 (7.5.1.2) for 7.5.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Create a simple community
  2. Go to the Communities tab > Select the community
  3. Press Edit > Select the 'Getting Stated for Community'
  viewlet > Edit
  4. With the rich client editor, select Insert image > Browse >
  Select a local image in your hard drive > Open > OK > OK > Save
  5. Log out
  
  6. Log in > Communities Tab> Select the community > View the
  added image.
  
  Result:
  RAM shows the viewlet with a small red X an indication of
  invalid source url.
  
  This problem occurs when users use RAM with a proxy server.

  If there a reverse proxy server being used then the URL that
  a customer uses would be to the reverse proxy server. The
  proxy server then translates these to URLs to the real
  servers. The real servers are behind a firewall and not
  accessible to the customer.
  

Problem conclusion

• This was provided as a fix on v7.5.1.1 testfix8i which was
  not officially released since we have been waiting for a
  confirmation from the customer this indeed solved their
  problem.
