Error description

• IBM Rational ClearQuest Full-Text Search Administrator tool does
  not correctly handle record type and field names in Chinese with
  the add_record_type and remove_record_type functions.
  
  When you try to use these two functions in a Chinese
  environment, you will see error messages complaining the
  intended record type(s) and field(s) are not defined in the
  ClearQuest schema, or they are not indexed. Other non-English
  character sets may be affected as well.
