Error description

• A deployment export created in a 10.2 Dev environment will fail
  to import into a 10.2 QA environment, even though both
  environments use the same Cognos software versions.??Error
  received:??CM-REQ-4139 "<deploymentName>" is not a valid
  deployment archive.??Issue may relate to specific tab and
  portlet content included in the deployment export from DEV, as
  if we omit that content, the deployment then imports
  successfully in QA.
