Error description

  IDE: Visual Studio 2010(Japanese)
  OS: Windows 7(Japanese).
  
  
  Description:
  ------------
  Opening a datapool on Japanese Visual Studio 2010 is not
  possible and throws an error which states
  
  ------------------------------------------------
  There is no editor available for xxx.rftdp,
  Make sure the application for the file type(rftdp) is installed
  ------------------------------------------------
  
  The workaround is to associate the datapool to a script and then
  open it
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• There was a missing dependency on the Windows systems where the
  datapool is not opened correctly from the Visual Studio
  integration.

  system such as Windows XP or download it from the Internet.
