Error description

  • Environment:
    - Microsoft Windows
        - Product: RSA4WS 8.0.3

    Reproducible: Y

    Description of problem:
Importing a Rose model into RSA, we can see that in some
diagrams activities are being displayed themselves rather than
    their corresponding call behaviour actions.

This means that the hyper link to the sub activity diagrams is
lost (if you double click on the activity in the diagram, the
sub-diagrams it contains are not opened).

This is a loss of functionality.

See attached testcase. Double-clicking on 'newActivity2' in
'newDiagram' doesn?t open the 'newActivity2' diagram as
expected, because 'newActivity2' is not a Call Behaviour Action.

    Workaround:

    There is no known workaround

    ****************************************************************
For Activity diagrams nested inside a use-case, the
activities were being imported as activities instead of Call
beavior Actions. This is because the diagram FQN (fully
qualified names) were not matching during view resolution.
If the names are not matched, by default activities are
    created. This is fixed now.

Problem conclusion

  • For Activity diagrams nested inside a use-case, the
activities are now imported as Call Behavior Actions instead
of activities. During view resolution, the diagram names are
    now matched.
