PM76998: Bullet Chart Colored Regions "The key for identity constraint of element 'report' is not found" Error Message

Error description

• Creating a bullet chart, setting the Colored Regions property so
  that the Start Numeric Position and/or End Numeric Position are
  set to a Query Calculation, copying and pasting the chart
  (either on a new page or the same page), and then changing the
  Colored Regions property so that the Start Numeric Position
  and/or End Numeric Position to anything EXCEPT "Numeric Value"
  or "Layout Calculation" will produce the following error message
  (also see attached screenshot):??"The key for identity
  constraint of element 'report' is not found".????This is
  reproducible in 10.2.1003.151-0.
  

Local fix

• Copying and pasting the auto-created data items from the first Q
  uery into the new Query, or by producing the error message, then
   changing the Start Numeric Position and/or End Numeric Position
   back to a Query Calculation and re-creating it.
