  If an operation belongs to a template class, the operation
  definition is not generated if the property
  CPP_CG::Operation::Inline is set to in_header or in_source.
  

Problem conclusion

• To have the correct code generated in version 7.6.1.3, add
  the property
  CPP_CG::Class::ForceInDeclarationForNestedTemplate to your
  sitec++.prp file with a value of False.
  In a future version, this will be fixed without the need for
  this property.
