PM76635: Schemas created for packages without schema Keyword/Stereotype

Error description

• When running a UML to XSD transformation, schemas are created
  for packages that do not have the ??schema?? stereotypes nor the
  ??schema?? keyword.

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed now by making sure that the packages
  are processed only when they are either schema or the option
  to process packages without ? stereotype is set to true.
