  Steps to reproduce:
  
  - Import the attached XML into DOORS 9.4.0.1
  - It will end up in following exception error:
  
  -R-E- DXL: ?standard/rifPackages/rifImportHelperFns.inc:654? Es

Problem conclusion

• This error message indicates a problem in some DOORS usage
  cases. However, it does not apply to RIF/ReqIF import cases.
  
  The message has been changed to a diagnostic warning only
  visible to DOORS development so that it does not incorrectly
  abort the import.
