Error description

• In CQWeb 8.0.0.x, if a short string or multiline field has an
  invalid value according to the corresponding field validation
  hook, the tab containing the control and the control's label are
  not highlighted in red when the record is opened for edition. A
  typical scenario is that of a short string whose value is valid
  in certain states (i.e. submitted) but not in others (i.e.
  Assigned). In this case if the record is transitioned with CQWeb
  to the Assigned state while the field has an invalid value the
  form does not display the expected highlight on the field and
  tab labels. The same action in the Windows and RCP clients and
  with CQWeb 7.1.2.x does behave as expected highlighting the
  field with the invalid value for the state to which it is being
  transitioned.
