PM75878: CHANGING FONT SIZE IN 3D AXIS COLUMN CHART DOES NOT WORK

Error description

• Trying to change the font size in the body of a chart and the
  change is not reflected when displaying the values of the
  columns when using the 3-D Axis Column chart.  The axis values
  do change.??This does not apply to a column chart that uses 3-D
  effects.??This was tested in 10.1 FP1, 10.1.1 FP1 and 10.2 both
  with and without the legacy chart engine the result is the
  same.??
