PM75863: [wi 75143] IE truncates text after the first linebreak

Error description

• Internet Explorer will cut off the pasted text at the first line
  break character.

  1.open submit page.
  2.paste data which contain several lines and includes line
  breaks to short description field.
  3.only one line can be pasted. The true ground is the whole
  data should be pasted, the line break char should be
  replaced by space just like Firefox.
  
  Internet Explorer will cut off the pasted text at the first
  line break character.
  
  This is a known "feature" of Internet Explorer.
  
  A workaround is available at the following link:

  It involves editing the pasted data before sending it to the
  textfield, in order to remove line break characters
