PM75555: COGNOS VIEWER PORTLET WITH A REPORT DEFAULT FORMAT "PDF". PORTL ET REQUEST IS NOT VALID ERROR AFTER WHEN WE SAVE THE SETTING.

Error description

• Create a page withIBM Cognos Viewer portlet.  Configure the
  portlet with a report without output and default format is PDF.
  When the 1st time we save the Portlet setting, portlet generates
  "CV-0002 The request is not valid" error.  The portlet will be
  able to render after we click Retry button.  But after that
  everytime we go back to Portlet Edit mode and click Cancel
  button, we will get this error.
