Error description

Perl scripts running on Microsoft Windows hosts that use the
stat() function call to collect file information may experience
performance issues when collecting information regarding files
in remote IBM Rational ClearCase dynamic views.

files in a remote dynamice view.

Problem conclusion

This has been corrected in IBM Rational ClearCase 8.0.0.09
and 8.0.1.02.
