Error description

  • Customer has had server crash - system has been stable for a few
    months. Nothing out of the ordinary was happening. They would
    like to know cause and if there is a fix for it - this has some
    urgency as the customer is trying to move their main DB to 9.5.2
    and this is not helping with their reliability
