Workaround:

Using the Ini option

[SystemArchitect]
OverrideOptimizedXTReader = Y

you can then use SAEM to disable Optimized XT Reader (in the
Encyclopedia Schema dialog) - forcing the use of SA2001 for that
encyclopedia
