  The GTF trace for calls shown as INTERNAL_SPIGETM do not contain
  all the parameters passed when the internal function is called.
  This reduces the ability to diagnose issues in client
  applications that may trigger the use of this internal call.
  

Problem conclusion

• Extra tracing has been added to the produced GTF trace for the
  channel initiator. This now traces out parameters passed to the
  function, such as the MQGMO and MQMD. If large messages are
  retrieved and a new message buffer is used internally, the trace
  will contain a message stating this, followed by the buffer's
  contents.
