PM74665: Work Area sync appears to succeed when it fails due to parallels

Error description

  Situation: Saving work area changes to a checked in file from
  the Work Area Conflicts dialog.
  
  If the saved changes would result in a parallel version being
  created, a Parallel Versions Found dialog will appear alerting
  the user to this. If parallel checkouts and checkins are
  disallowed by the release, the conflict will be cleared from the
  Work Area Conflicts dialog after pressing Conitnue on the
  Parallel Versions Found dialog.  NO error or warning will appear
  in the Synergy GUI indicating that Sync failed to save the
  changes.  If there are no other conflicts, the Work Area
  Conflicts dialog will indicate 'Sync Work Area returned no
  conflicts'.
  
  The work area changes are NOT brought into Synergy.  The changes
  to the file are not removed from the work area. A user would
  have to open the Message View to find out that the sync has
  failed to save the changes.
  
  Refreshing the Work Area Conflict dialog will re-display the
  original conflict.  If the process is repeated after refreshing
  the dialog, a warning WILL appear in the bottom of the Work Area
  Conflicts dialog - '!Check out not allowed; creates parallel
  branches within the current release'.

Problem conclusion

• The issue needs to be about able to give the warning, but
  does not affect any functionality and the parallel check-ins
  does not happen and also the work area changes of the file
  remain intact.
