PM74605: RhapsodyCL crashes intermittantly with parallel builds

Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 3 (7.6.1.3) for 7.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SaveEventsHistoryList() for the .ehl-file. I am an old MFC
  programmer so I know about workarounds for the CFile class.
  Maybe log an error, but at least stop crashing when failing to
  write to this file that is no use when generating code from
  rhapsodycl.This error cause our builds to fail roughly once per
  day now that we've parallellized more to get better build times.
  But the actual error is quite hard to reproduce so I hope that
  this input is enough to fix the error. The actual .ehl-file is
  stored as a viewprivate file in clearcase and is accessed from
  several different machines during a build. This scenario makes
  it harder to reliably reproduce this error.
