PM73620: PUBLISH UPDATE USING TRANSFORMER CAUSE MODEL VERSIONING IN PACKAGE AND INCREASE PACKAGE SIZE WITH EACH UPDATE

Error description

• Publish update using transformer cause model versioning in
  package hence increase package size with each update. In the
  case of daily cube package updates (to ensure package has
  modified date of cube), client has after 1 year produce a
  package as seen in deployment that originally may be 7kb grew to
  over 19mb in size. Opening such package or report based on such
  package in Powerplay studio is very slow and often error out.
  Publish update thru transformer also takes a much longer time.
