Problem conclusion

• This was due to an ? character in one of the relationship
  names which was not being encoded before being written to
  the xml which was being employed internally. Thus the xml
  failed to be parsed and no lines were placed upon the
  diagram.
  
  Workaround:
  
  Turn off optimization via the following ini setting:
  [SystemArchitect]
  UseRepConOptimization=F
