PM72338: UNABLE TO UPDATE IWR REPORTS AFTER FAILED PUBLISH DUE TO DATASET DEPENDENCY

APAR status

Error description

• After a failed attempt to publish a Report Set caused by a
  DATASET Report used as a filter in another Report not being
  included in the IWR Source folder, IWR will be unable to
  successfully update the Report Set with the Report that depended
  on the DATASET Report.  ??No error is encountered during the
  update attempt but the IWR NewsItem for the Report in the first
  publish attempt is not created in Upfront and not accessible to
  users.
  

Local fix

• 1. The Reports can be successfully published in a new Report Set
  .
  
  2. The Reports can be renamed and updated in the Report Set that
   is encountering the failure to update, ensuring that all depend
  ent reports are included
