    The change team has reviewed the dump. They can see that the
    0C4 is occuring as the CKBR thread is in CSQMMTPR trying to run
    down an MTME chain at the same time as MTME's on the chain are
    being removed by CSQMMTIN during periodic referesh processing
    (i.e. same as defect 155564).
