• Abstract:
  
  Attempts to create a Java Bean Web Services results in the
  following error:
  
  JSR-181, 4.4.1: The target namespace '' does not match the wsdl
  value 'someURL'.
  
  Problem:
  
  When you have a Java class and you are trying to create a
  bottom-up Java Bean web service and the property
  com.ibm.ws.ast.jws.annotations.processor.validateWSDL is set to
  'on' then the following exception is thrown:
  
  JSR-181, 4.4.1: The target namespace '' does not match the wsdl
  value 'someURL'
  
  Local fix:
  
  Turn off the following JAVA-WS annotation processor:
  com.ibm.ws.ast.jws.annotations.processor.validateWSDL
