  Export to DOORS results in error "Can't move element out of

Problem conclusion

• Now elements that are no longer in the same root section
  (eg: Package) are considered as deleted / created again
  instead of moved.
  
  In consequence, the Export to DOORS can properly remove the
  elements from their previous module and create them in the
  other module when option "One Module (and Folder) per
  Package" is used.
