  HTML, gif/ico modifications under <IBM HTTP Server home>/htdocs
  directory are overwritten after fix packs are installed.
  

Problem conclusion

• The html, gif/ico resources are now being treated as
  non-serviceable files so that your modifcations are
  restored.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.0.0.5 and 8.5.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended
