• Closed as program error.

Error description

• SA does not allow to move an this particular association line.
  When the user try to move it the mouse pointer turns to 'not
  allowed' and it
  does not let to reposition the line.
  To  align vertically is not possible.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The Class diagram in question appears to be quite unusual, which
   likely stems from it being created by copy-and-paste.
  
  "Unusual" means that the diagram in its current state appears to
  violate various methodology rules. It is unlikely that the
  client would be able to start a brand new Class diagram from
  scratch and draw an identical version without resorting to
  copy-and-paste.
  

Problem conclusion

• What's going on when the user attempts to shift the position of
  the problem Association line is that SA runs a quick test for
  methodology violations and in fact finds two. However, neither
  of the two violations concern the line being worked on. Instead,
   the violations concern two other lines named "requires" and
  "dependencies".
  
  The client can fix the problem by deleting the two problem lines
  and then redrawing them. After that, he should be able to
  perform the shift he desires.
  

Temporary fix

• The problem Association line is OK as-is. Instead delete and
  redraw two other Associaltion lines that currently violate
  methodology rules.
