• When specifying groups within ClearTeam Explorer, 770
  permissions within a VOB cause permission denied when not owner

  To Reproduce:
  
  1)  Create a User Account and add the user to 110+ Groups:  The
  primary group assigned to the user should NOT be the primary
  group of the VOB, or any additional groups within the VOB.
  
  2)  Create a new VOB:  The VOB is owned by the vobadm account
  and the primary group is groupa.  There is an additional group,
  groupb.  The root of the VOB is protected 770, and there is a
  versioned directory inside the root of the VOB called groupa and
  protected 776.
  
  2)  Login to the Windows 2008 R2 server as the newly created
  user
  
  3)  Open the ClearTeam Explorer (CTE)
  
  4)  In the CTE, please go to ?Window -? Preferences -? IBM
  Rational ClearTeam Explorer -? Groups?
  
  5)  Pick a different primary group than assigned to the user and
  then choose two secondary groups.  The groups chosen should be
  lower in the list of the ?creds -w? output.  For the primary
  group, please choose a group that is not within the VOB or any
  additional groups within the VOB.  For the secondary groups,
  please pick the two that are specified within the primary group
  of the VOB and the one additional group within the VOB.
  
  6)  Login to the WAN server
  
  7)  Try and make a view and then load the VOB:  The following is
  seen within CTE:

  CRMSV1215: Problems were encountered while retrieving view
  synchronization information and data.
  
  CCRC WAN Server: Error: Unable to load '': Permission denied.
  CCRC WAN Server: Error: Additional information may be available
  in the view log on host 'ibm-wan'.
  CCRC WAN Server: Error: Errors were encountered in loading
  '\test'.
