PM70901: DRILL-THROUGH & COMPONENT REFERENCE LINKS NOT GETTING UPDATED IN CONTENT STORE EXPORT/IMPORT

Error description

• When deploying a set of packages/reports from a higher
  environment back to a lower, and the package target path/name
  changes, the drill-through and component Reference links will
  not update on reports which need to be re-validated due to past
  model changes. ??If the same report was opened in Report Studio,
  re-validated and saved prior to export, the links within the
  report will update successfully, even though there is no
  difference in the spec post re-validation.??Error that appears
  in the cogserver.log is:?ReportService??Failure?RSV-CM-0005
  Content Manager did not return an object for the requested
  search path '<path to component reference layout>'.?
