  Rational Developer for System z (RDz)Out Of Memory Exception
  may occur doing many copy/paste in COBOL Editor
  
  When a user does many cut/paste operations in the COBOL editor
  a Java Out Of Memory Exception (OOM) may occur.
  
  A pop-up dialog will appear stating:
  Unhandled Event Loop Exception
  java.lang.OutOfMemoryError
  
  In the heap dump there are many DocumentEvents that led to the
  OOM condition.

  Limit the number of cut/pastes done before closing a file.

Problem summary

• An unknown error seems to cause a memory leak in the real time
  syntax parser in this users environment.  While we have not been
  able to reproduce the error, we have added code to prevent this
  leak from occurring in the future.
