PM70843: Unresolved Symbol property does not work with a property file.

Rational Rhapsody Fix Pack 3 (7.6.1.3) for 7.6.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• UnresolvedSymbol to something other then (U) and unload a Unit
  and then re-open the model the (U) symbol will be replaced by
  what you entered in for the property.
  However, if you modify the property within a custom property
  file it will update the property to whatever you have set for
  that property, but will still show a (U) within the browser.
