PM70840: After selecting 'Create Work Item', the 'Resource' and 'Location' items appear as plain text instead of as links

Error description

• When you follow the steps in the article 'Integrating Rational
  Software Architect with Rational Team Concert: Compare and merge
  UML models' at
  http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/library/10/integratin
  g-rsa-with-rtc-merge-uml-models/,
  you will find links to the model fragment and the model element
  under 'Resource' and 'Validation targets', respectively in
  Figure 12, but these links appear as plain text under 'Resource'
  and 'Location', respectively when you actually perform the
  steps.
  
  Steps to recreate:
  
  a. Look at the steps at the 'Merging conflicting changes:
  nonlogical merge' section at the Developer Works article
  'Integrating Rational Software Architect with Rational Team
  Concert' at
  http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/library/10/integratin
  g-rsa-with-rtc-merge-uml-models/
  
  b. Right-click the 'Analysis Model' inside the Project Explorer
  and select Validate
  
  
           c. Right-click on one of the error entries in the
  Problems view and select 'Create Work Item'
  
  d. Click the Finish button on the Create Work Item dialog box
  
  
  
  e. Check the resultant task's Overview tab ? Description box
  
  
  
  Result: Unlike Figure 12, a 'Resource' and a 'Location' entry
  are given and there is no link to either the 'Resource' or the
  'Location'.  The value under 'Resource' and 'Location' appear as
  plain text instead of as hyperlinks.
  
  The following steps (continuing from the above steps) enable you
  to add a link to the Description box:
  
  
  
  f. Click the Links tab
  
  
  
  g. Right-click the Links box ? Related Artifacts ? Analysis
  Model.emx
  and select Copy Comment
  
  
  
  h. Right-click inside the Overview tab ? Description box and
  select
  Paste
  
  
  
  Expected Result: A hyperlink to 'Analysis Model.emx' is created
  and there is a link to the model element that gives the error
  message
  
  Actual Result: A hyperlink to 'Analysis Model.emx' is created,
  as expected. However, it is not possible to add a link to the
  model element giving the error.
  
  There is no workaround.
