PM70786: Visio OLE in Word export spans beyond margin

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Exporting a module containing a Visio OLE when Visio is
  installed on the machine effects the size of the OLE object in
  the resulting Word export. The OLE in the resulting Word export
  spans beyond the right margin. This is not the case if Visio is
  not installed on the machine.

  Visio objects can be too large for the page size in Word
  export.
  

Problem conclusion

• Not really specific to Visio - just that the default OLE
  embed size for Visio is larger than that for other Office
  apps.
  
  A combination of issues - the size of the objects are not
  initially constrained by the visible column;  and large
  objects are not scaled down by the export process.
  Addressed both issues.
