• Debug message displayed in event log.
  
  Event log displays the following message when debug is turned
  off:
  2012/08/09 11:11:56  Database to query: ?DATABASE_PATH?
  
  
  Prerequisites:
  1) Change 5.3.0.3
  2) Perl trigger to query the change database upon a CR
  transition.
  3) Event log debug is turned off
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Transition a CR from one state to another where it is known
  that a Perl trigger will query the database.
  
  
  Expected results:
  Message not displayed in event log.
  
  
  Actual results:
  The following message is displayed in the event log:
  2012/08/09 11:11:56  Database to query: ?DATABASE_PATH?
