  The Fail MM/GC if target is online (CKD only) option is
  missing on the View/Modify Properties screen.
  
  RECREATE STEPS:
  
  To view a sessions properties, perfrom these steps:
  In the navigation tree, selection Sessions. The Sessions panel
  is displayed.
  Click the name of the session with the properties you want to
  view.
  Select View/Modify Properties from the Actions menu and click
  Go.
  
  'Fail MM/GC if target is Online (CKD Only)' is not an available
  option at this screen.

• As an alternative to using the GUI, modify this setting using

Problem summary

• The session "View Modify Properties" panel does not have the
  "Fail if target online" value visible on the panel.
  

Problem conclusion

• The javascript that generates this panel was fixed to make the
  property visible.
  

Temporary fix

• Use the Tivoli Productivity Center for Replication CLI to modify
  this setting. The syntax is as follows:
  
   chsess -failIfTgtOnline yes | no
