Error description

• When viewing burst report  output file names in Cognos
  Connection leading Zero's in the file name are missing when the
  name contains all numbers. e.g. bursted reports on a
  Group_number and when the output was checked on the portal it
  had the leading zero missing from the name.?e.g. Group number
  000345768873 produced a burst output file name as 345768873 .
