PM70179: UPGRADED REPORTS CONTAINING TABLES NESTED WITHIN TABLES DO NOT EXPORT TO EXCEL 2007

Error description

• Reports containing tables nested within tables could be exported
  to Excel 2007 in Cognos 8.4 FP2 (version where the template was
  initially created) but after upgrading to IBM Cognos 10.1.1 this
  template and all associated reports cannot be exported to Excel
  2007.??Users receives 'Excel found unreadable content in '<FILE
  NAME>.xlsx'. Do you want to recover the contents of this
  workbook? If you trust the source of this workbook, click
  Yes.??Selecting Yes allows the report to be opened but there is
  information removed from the report (namely the nested list).

• Ensure that the nested table is within a block.
