PM70155: NO DATA CONTENTS NOT VISIBLE AFTER UPGRADE

Error description

• After upgrade from C10.1 to C10.1.1RP1 the no data contents tab
  and the contents in it are not visible.????Workaround - select
  the list and in properties select the elipses beside  "no data
  contents" . Click 'OK' on the next window that has the 3
  options. If the options are changed, you loose the contents in
  the hyperlink that is in the no data content tab. Therefore
  click okay without any change and you get the tab back.??This is
  similar to APAR- PM60522, however testcase seems slightly
  different therefore logging this as a separate one. ??Tested
  this in FP1 as well and see the same behaviour.
  

Local fix

• Re-enable the no data contents tab.
