PM69788: Rational Developer for System z (RDz) COBOL Editor Outline view truncates name of -inc file when it starts in column 1

Error description

• Rational Developer for System z - RDz - v8.0.3.2
  
  If a COBOL program is opened using either the COBOL editor or
  LPEX editor that contains '-inc myinc1' starting in column 1,
  then the outline view will removes the first 2 characters of
  the name.
  
  For example:
         IDENTIFICATION DIVISION.
         PROGRAM-ID.    'TEST'.
         AUTHOR.        Programmer.
         ENVIRONMENT DIVISION.
         CONFIGURATION SECTION.
         DATA DIVISION.
         WORKING-STORAGE SECTION.
  
  *************************************************************
  -inc myinc1.
         LINKAGE SECTION.
         PROCEDURE DIVISION.
         End Program TEST.
  
  The outline view under the WORKING-STORGAGE section will show:
  inc1.
  
  ***************************************************************

  If the -inc starts in column 3 then the whole name is
  displayed in the Outline view.
