PM69733: RDz 8.0.3.2 displays host-based project name from definition file instead of instance file

• APAR Error Description:
  Abstract: Rational Developer for System z (RDz) version 8.0.3.2
  displays host-based project name on z/OS projects explorer as
  defined in the definition file instead of the one defined in the
  instance file.
  Problem: For example, with the following instance and definition
  files, RDz client will display a project with name 'ProjectDef1'
  instead of 'ProjectInst1'

Local fix

Problem summary

• Picking up the name of the instance file in
  HostBasedConfigurationProjectInstance#loadHostBasedProjectUsingC
  onfig() but then ignoring it in
  HostBasedConfigurationProjectDefinition#loadHostBasedProject().
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix is for
  HostBasedConfigurationProjectDefinition#loadHostBasedProject()
  check to see if we already have a project name before reading
  the one from the project definition file.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for System z V8.0.3.3 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
