PM69194: AFTER SCHEDULE IS CHANGED, IT RUNS ONCE AGAIN WITH THE OLD FREQUENCY

Error description

• The user has a report with a schedule. The schedule is defined
  to run every 10 minutes. Next, the schedule frequency is changed
  to trigger. After the change the report is executed once again
  with the old frequency.??This behavior was reproduced with
  schedule frequency:?# By Day; every 5 minutes?# By Day; every 10
  minutes?# By Day; every 1 day??This behavior is reproduced in
  IBM Cognos BI v8.4.1.3 and IBM Cognos BI v8.4.1.4.
